Another update for the lower......looks like a lot of fresh fish pushing in now. Talked to Nick last night, he has had a pretty good week so far. They hooked 12 by lunch yesterday, 22 the day before that & 10 on one day at the start of the week. He is seeing lots of fish in small schools all over the place. Some nice wilds finally showing up now with all the hatchers, so hopefully this is the start of a big push :) Here are a few pics Nick sent me last night...I've blocked some of the faces because I didn't have a chance to get permission to post their identities.

Lower Stamp is Blown out as of 8am this morning. Came up about 4 feet and running chocolate brown. Guides cancelling trips today and tomorrow for the most part. With 100+mm of rain predicted over the next 24hrs it don't look good

Yeah, there go our plans of drifting the mid river from the Ash down to the park tomorrow. Water height shouldn't be a problem, but with all the continuous rain, I'm not sure how much mud the Ash & Cold Creek will be pumping out. Put the drift off until Saturday, hopefully, by then things will have settled down a bit. All of those fish that pushed out of the Falls Pool should be holding nicely in the mid river just waiting for a juicy pink worm or spin'n'glo to come along 8-) The plugs also work like a hot damn in this section...can't wait until Sat. to try 'em :)

So how about a report?
What does the water look like? Has it come down at all?

Thanks
