Avatars have been enabled for all members, bring em out!
Avatar must be 10kb or smaller, so you will need to use an image editing software to shrink your image down. 90 x 90 is the dimensions you're looking as well.

try opening your pic in something like photoshop and resize down to 90 and leave proportions intact, save with new name in your pic album the go back and try to update your profile/avatar. should work, it did for me.
