Coho off the beach around here go for anything pink. Anything Pink.
I'm not a fly fisherman but all the local guys I know use pink yarn flies off the beach for both Coho and Pinks. (mid island area east side)
Not only is it effective but it's cheap
Just my $0.02
Regards, Cowboy
