Thank You, but as I have been a bad boy I will not be crossing the border anytime soon, so I think I will be fine with having the PCOC from St. Jonhs Ambulance. I did learn to boat from a Power Squadron member a long long time ago when I began boating, while in Navy league and then Sea Cadets. he was a great man and a great sailor but really didn't like it when after teaching me how to sail, I would beat him in all classes of races. ahhh the good ol days.... :)

Hey Nog if you have a Limited Master's, I assume it is a 60 T you would have already proved your competence and no need for the course. May still have to show your certificate pay the fee and it will then be issused.
