What an interesting video have to say,very entertaining!!! Well as an avid angler in BC for all my life I think the dfo should pull there head out of there @$$.How can they not know who owns these quotas or who even exercises them,Is it not there job to govern fishing??? If the people of the united states and the world want halibut on their table then they should come to BC buy a license and pay for a hotel rent a boat or charter a guide and catch the fish themselves,brining the money to a vast aray of services. The government would make nothing but money because of the hst or as I call it horse shit tax.... Just personal opinions...
