Gerry, are you doing other knives as well, have a set of kitchen Henkel knives that could probably use a touch up. It would have to be a bring and wait due to travel.

The unit I am using is the same one used by the mobile commercial sharpener in Nanaimo - and the two in Vancouver - who are doing the chef's knives. They charge $20.00 per knife (plus HST) and usually has mostly Henkels. So...I can and will do Henkels (and other kitchen knives) too. If you set up a specific time I will keep to schedule and you will not have to wait long.
