Time to get your ideas on how to cook trout best. Here's my first

Fish'n'Chips a different way
This is a really simple way to cook trout. Can be done with fillets or the whole fish. I tend to use this method when I have 15" or under sized trout.

Supplies:
- 1x Trout (gutted, cleaned, scales removed)
- 1/4 bag of Lays Dill Pickle chips
- Empty clean bag or chip bag
- 1 Egg
- BBQ

Directions:
- Crack one egg into a bowl and stir it up
- Take trout and drop it in the egg mix and get it coated.
- Take chip bag and break up those chips into a powder
- Put trout in chip bag and shake it up
- Take out of chip bag and Put on the BBQ for 4mins a side at med-high heat
- Keep it on the bbq at low for another min or so per side

Serve it up
Put it on a plate with a fork(s) and call the gang in to eat it. Pfft veggies... Pfft rice. Have that sucker with a beer.

Really simple, really good and the first way I ever cooked a trout. Thanks to the guy at langford lake who suggested a bag on chips!
