Cowichan sweater knitter

I live in Duncan and would like to find a Cowichan sweater knitter (Christmas gift for my daughter). Does anyone know how I could contact a knitter? Thanks

Living in Duncan you should have no trouble finding someone, but be careful, I tried going that route 1 1/2 yrs. ago and got burnt. However Fishing Guide came to the rescue. Lesson #1 don't put up any money until you are satisfied with results

Yup, I was lucky I didn't put any money up front for the two I ordered, they never did get finished.

Isn't Hills Native Arts store still operating in Duncan? They sell finished sweaters and you would have it for Christmas.
