I've had horse, it's a bit gamey if you don't prepare it right. It's a lot less fat than a cow. But I always fall back to bison anyway.

As for Canadian geese. If they give it a true inspection before giving it to the homeless then, there is no difference between that and buying one in a store and giving it to the homeless. Oh wait there is a big difference. It's almost FREE.

However I would hope someone would cooke them before giving them to the homeless. They are homeless afterall or do we expect them to hold them over an oil drum under a bridge like in some movie? Or are the homeless they are talking about just people in need in general?

I knew that sooner or later that one would come up, and what no one over here seems to be defending the poor little big glassy eyed, furry sea creatures :shock: LOL.

We have commercial fishing, but no commercial seal hunting. They could design a quota system for them, and I would not mind how much % they got.
