FEEDBACK: Website Links and New Window

Moisture Missile,

Anytime I click on a website link it takes me to that page in the same window (ie. takes me away from this site).

Is there a reason you have it set up this way, or can you change it so that if you click on a link it opens up in a new window? I'm pretty sure it's a setting on your end and not mine, but I could be wrong. I have been before.

Anyway, just a little feedback.

hey Highliner,

The latest version of this forum software is XHTML 1.0 validated, which is pretty strict and requires all links to open in the same window.

I will look into changing as I prefer a new window also - its just a bit of work hacking and slashing at code.

Can you not just right click the link and say to open in a new tab, or window?

you can also hold the "shift" key and click and this will open any link in a new window. That being said I think I have change the right code to have links open in a new window:
