Going to fish Rivers Inlet in mid August can anyone give me any ideas where to try . We have moorage at Duncanby Landing and would like to try for Northern Coho, large springs, and some Halibut & prawns. I`m sure the folks at the lodge will give us some good info but would like to highlite some areas on the plotter before we head out.
Cheers Trophy ;)

Mid August is a little bit late for River's springs, the prime time is the first two weeks of August. There will still be a few around, but not as many. The best spring fishing is all the way up the inler near the deadline boundry. You might want to moor at Dawson's Landing for spring fishing and Duncanby for halibut/ling/coho. I'm leaving tomorrow!
