Im planing on taking my brother fishing in march on vancover island. Are there and hot spots during this time of year?? Salmon/steelhead??

Fishing in the salt will likely be restricted due to early fraser chinook .
You will likely be able to keep hatchery only if we're lucky ? :roll:

Cowichan will have trout and steelhead to target in march - port renfrew might be hard to get out if the weather or swell is bad.

should be good winter springs off oak bay/victoria/sooke as well - constances bank is where I would be if I was going to fish saltwater.

Steelhead.... very good in march. Some rivers are done but a lot are just picking up.
From the south island....... I can have some of the best steelheading. Halibut...Hopin they're open...... Springs.... Within a few hours of travel time
