Just got back from overseas and only here (Victoria) until the 27th. Would like to get out for a couple days but is everything blown out?

Was thinking about Cowichan or Stamp for 2 days. Is either fishable from shore?

Cheers.

Both Rivers are blown out. The stamp is already too high and is about to get 150mm of rain in the next 24hrs... oh and dont forget to add snow melt to that picture too :( .

Im sure you could have thrown some casts in the odd spot yesterday but to me its not worth the time and effort driving there when the water is that high. As of today it is over 2.0 so in my opinion it is WAY too high. I guess throwing casts at a flooding river is better than not throwing casts at all, good luck if you go back and let us know if you get anything.
