Hey guys hoping to get out this weekend for the first time in a while, what lures have been producing? Has there been fish coming from the "two humps" area, or the spoil ground off the fingers, or closer in around the contours off neck point? thanx!
last year the hot setup for me around this time was a splatterback glow hootch, 36 inch leader, chartreuse trim/silver blade flasher at 90-130 feet.

10 am-4pm, 4 fish on, two at entrance then two off the fingers (2km out), kept 3 of them but no larger then 9 lbs. Used a chrome/green coyote, and a neon green and white lure from PNT, not sure if its similiar to the Nanaimo lure ive heard about...Will be working in Campbell River and North Island laying cutblocks come Monday, so probably wont be reporting for Nanaimo anymore, hope bigger fish move in soon. Will be back every 2 weeks to test the waters here.

Great afternoon a few miles out off the Fingers. Into five nice fish and a few smaller ones. Kept 2 in the 20 pound class. Both came on the new green Zur Tro spoon. Three others were on the green/white glow Coyote spoon. 160 to 175' down. Bite came on at the tide change. Trying to post pix but keeps getting rejected. Will eventually get it.
