Looking at heading to Panama in a few months. Has anybody fished there before?

Looked into it and it is on the 'bucket list'.
Tuna and Marlin. Cannot fly direct from Canada though.
Lotsa youtube on the subject. gl

that's the problem - there so many places to fish for such a small country. Do you do hunt tarpon with the fly rod in the caribean, chase marlin and giant tuna on the pacific, and there's 15lb peacock bass that'll smash top water gear - trying to narrow it down.

I hear you on the direct flights, same with all of central america - its a bit of a hassle to always fly through houston but its worth it to get away from the crowds IMO.
