Hey guys, any ideas on what we should charge for Peetz wooden reels at the garage sale next Saturday. So far we have three in pretty good shape.

Cheers Hotrods,

$25.00/reel would seem fair.

IMO $25 is $10 too much-every garage on Vancouver Island seems to have a few of them collecting dust somewhere.

Garage sales are all about selling/getting rid of junk-not making money.

Cheers All,

If they were junk one might be willing to let one go for $15.00 but the posting
clearly said they were in pretty good shape. Also...while the intent is to clear out
some surplus items there is the underlying idea of supporting the Nanaimo Hatchery and, as such, the price could be reasonable but indicative of this
worthy support so that the purchaser, while getting a good deal, also recognizing that he is providing his/her support. IMHO

I don't think you'll have any problem selling them at 25 a reel, after all people collect those things. Looking forward to the sale.
