Go Figure...

Won? You gotta be kidding me! Thought a couple of the others were better myself.

Still remember that day well. The Young Gun had never caught so much as a single salmon in his few years, so we set off to try and remedy that. And remedy we did! That fish went just over 30, his first, and a Tyee! His eyes GLOWED through a rather intense battle, through the landing when I thought his eyes would POP right out of his head, and of course for the balance of the day. It is very much days like that which make it for me. He'll likely never forget, and the high from those moments still lingers with me even today!

Thanks for the win Gentz! Appreciated, and I will give those spoons a whirl this coming season...

Cheers,
Nog

Totally agree Nogs - nothing like getting a young guy into his first good battle with a salmon - makes the long underpaid hours of guiding worth it.

The winnings arrived intact today! Nice selection of spoons, and I very much think that poor 5.5" Rosco is destined to have the paint beat literally right off of it!

I'll run up a few pix of what they prey upon once I get back out on the Big Pond.

Thanks again Gentz! Truly Appreciated!!

Cheers,
Nog
