Cheers All,

It is one goofy looking spoon but it has produced for me as well. Go figure!

As far as Gibbs Wonder Spoons goes I was talking to Alison about them because, last summer I put a brand new-out-of-the-package Wonder spoon down, had a hit but did not hook anything in 15 min so... Brought it up for a check and the hook was gone! Teeth marks but no hook. New commercial siwash and fish almost right away.
Apparently this season Gibbs is putting on a better (tougher) finish as well as UV (according to Alison).
Trouble is, you will have to hunt to get past old stock.

Early last season RVP was using a spoon from the great lakes. It was kinda watermelon patterned. It got a fish every day out. Don't know if it survived the salt as yet. Lyman plugs (which are great for interior lakes) disintegrate after a dip in the chuck.

Here is a photo of two of the newer Silver Horde Kingfisher spoons that came out this winter. The Irish Creme is on the left and Cookies and Creme is on the right. Both have worked really well this winter. They are both UV and glow. The UV is on the front and glow on the back. Their spoons have a quality finish and hold up well.

Those two colors are back ordered but HC will have them in the next few weeks. I was in there yesterday and they had a bunch more new ones in that looked really good.
