i picked up a 17 lb wild chinook,e.t fraser.outside the slot limit zone well west of sheringham.Purple haze squirt behind matching flasher 28 inch leader.120' D.R depth.These squirts have been working amazingly well so far this year.Anchovy, wire rigged is my mainstay but sometimes you get lucky with the plastic.

Port renfrew was good on sat. although we had trouble getting fish into the boat. 3 nice big halibut on off Carmanah and into a bunch of reeeally nice springs at logan after that.

Bring lots of bait though, black bass and cod were really thick.
