Just a quick update on the Stamp......After being fairly dry the last week or so, the rains have returned to the West Coast!! The Stamp has jumped back up to a more near normal winter time height, and the steelhead are loving it!! Lots of chrome bright winters are pushing in now with more than a few being of very nice size. The season so far has been quite a pleasant surprise in the average size of fish returning. LOTS of fish in the double digits so far, and all just lazer bolt chromers!! Bait is still knockin' em dead out there, with fresh steelhead roe, chinook egg bait sacs with shrimp pieces and the odd shrimp tail gettin' it done most often. Haven't run the plugs much this year, but with all the fresh fish around, I'm sure they would get a nibble or two.

All the usual spots are producing a fish or two, including from the rifle range down to Swanson's. The Sproat has been a pleasant surprise so far this year, with the rapids giving up quite a few nice ones early in the season. Here are some pics from the last 10 days or so......
