Darkstar's thread got me thinking, what is the strangest thing you've smoked?

I haven't done too many things besides salmon, but I tried some tuna which did NOT turn out well. Last halloween I tried smoking pumpkin seeds, which turned out ok a little too smokey.

Buddy smoked some trout once from Elk lake , let's just say the smoke
didn't cover up the taste of mud !

No seriously I am an avid BBQer. I make my own bacon, hams, sausage, peameal bacon, pulled pork, brisket, turkey. I have several charcoal/wood cookers and use them year round. I also use a big chief for fish and jerky.
