all i want to say is sport fishing is not the problem with any declining fish stocks.I am a native, i was born and raised here,i just happen to be white and my parents were from Finland.I think the natives should give it a rest,who cares what great grandpa did or might of had,they kept no written records .Maybe we should give it all back to the greeks or romans.the russians were here first maybe they have claims. look at the way the americans dealt with their aboriginal problems.I think the natives should be grateful to even have a distinct ,recognized culture.Money for nothing is what people are looking for.Ss out......
