Maybe it's just me and my appologies if i'm just out to lunch here...

It seems to me that this years tide & bite guide isn't adjusted for daylight savings even though it says it is.

Example: Page 42, Mar 27, 10:01a - 11.3 ft high tide.
http://www.dairiki.org/tides/monthly.php/bam/2010-03 :shows 11:03a

Look at Mar 6 and they match.

Yes, I have better things to do than confirm tide tables

Was planning around that 10:00 tide for next weekend and then was looking at a different site and noticed it.

Is the publication from the US? If so our friends to the south may think we are on the old DST (Daylight Savings Time). I have also seen this issue pop up on other software and websites
Lowarnce GPS software thinks we should change to DST on the first weekend of April not the second weekend of March. Check the March 13 and 14 days and if they are out by an hour that would confirm the problem. I have posted a workaround for the Lowrance GPS in the Tips and Tricks section.

The publication is Canadian.

The problem definitely starts on the March 13/14 weekend when DST starts. I have checked the April 3/4 weekend, and the problem corrects itself when the old DST started.

I wonder if their tables have been out since 2007 when we changed the start date for DST?

Good eye there BT. I would think that the software program that is used to create the tables has not been updated to account for the change we made to the dates for DST.
Those software programmer missed on that one.
