Has anyone else had problems with them not working?
The ones that came with my trailer are very cheap, not very bright, and they leak!
I just got some new LED lights, full double seal, 100,000 hours of life, no replacing bulbs!
They are also low profile, have a built in license plate light and comes with stainless hardware :D

Can't wait to dip them haha!

Here they are..

http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie ... 2759.l1259

They will run us Canadians about $45, but to me it's money well spent.

Do you have any of the Princess Auto stores out there?
They carry a complete stock of lights and Trailer parts here, and they are real CHEAP! :D

It was an LED set and came with all the wiring unlike the Ebay set. The Ebay kit could be a higher quality set with SS studs and marine tinned leads

Looking at ther trailer lights, I'm confused by them selling lights for trailers under 80" wide and for trailers over 80" wide. What is the difference?

Yes, the leads are tinned and all the hardware it comes with is stainless.
I saw a set at Canadian tire for $79...
Not too sure about that either Gomphus..

Except when youookn the catalogues they will describe the light itself (not the bar light) as being for over 80" or for under 80".

Check this link to Westmarine http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs/st ... me=TRAILER _ PARTS&jspStoreDir=wm51&catalogId=10001&Ntt=Trailer+Light+Kits&N=377+710+1887&langId=-1&page=CategoryDisplayLevel1&omniTag=Category%3aTrailer+Light+Kits&storeId=10001

They show two different light setups each with a bar, on is for under 80" and one is for over 80". I can't tell the difference by looking at the pictures
