From May 1st to September 7th, 2011 come and fish the Salmon Ladder Derby in Ucluelet. The top 15 fish of May, June and July, along with the top 50 fish of the season are automatically entered into the September Fish Off, September 9th, 10th & 11th, 2011. Low cost entry fees and fabulous prizes guarantee a wonderful time with a portion of the proceeds going to the Thornton Creek Hatchery, whose motto is "we hatch'em, you catch 'em".
