Just checking if anyone has done the west coast Bamfield are yet? If so what's it like and where is my best bet for either salmon or hali. Have a friend coming down this weekend from waaaaaaay up north at a diamond mine and he asked to go fishing. Never been out this early

The weather has really beat the crap out of us lately. Was out to Cape Beale on Thurday for Hali's. 4 in about an hour and a half. 20 - 40 pounds. Not much effort has been put on Salmon lately because of the weather. They are around. A friend had one on at Brady's on Sunday as well as a 40 pound Hali at the Whistle Bouy.
When are ya coming out? Shoot me an email if you need more info.
