The new electric grinder The Missuz got me for Christmas does a MOST excellent job of grinding meat FAST! Certainly beats the hell out of the old hand crank method! It is however just a tad slow and difficult for one person to operate when stuffing the sausage mix into casings...

So, I am hoping someone here might have one of the older style sausage stuffers laying around they might be induced to part with. Don't need anything overly fancy, just one that can do the job. My Ma has one similar to the one pictured below (but She isn't willing to consider parting with it, and borrowing is a tad tough as She's in Idaho), anything like that would suit me just fine!



So, anyone out there that can help?
